Let's face it, everything breaks eventually. We've seen equipment from 30 years ago still operating just fine today however, not everything is so perfectly built. If you regularly maintain your equipment, (click here to learn about routine maintenance), then the chances of failure are greatly reduced but in the end, everything can eventually fail.

It may be from improper use, climate conditions, or just regular wear and tear. We sell products that are typically time tested for maximum life, but even they occasionally have to be serviced. When that time comes, it's nice know that you can count on us to resolve your problems with expedience. If something goes down, we have many options to help you get it back up and running.

There are quite a few variables to consider just how that happens but for starters we can : repair on site (if possible), pickup and bring the faulty unit back to our workbenches for testing, you can deliver the unit to us for repair, we can arrange a drop ship from you to the manufacturer for warranty repair (if applicable), drop ship to us for in house repair, etc.

Whatever helps keep your costs down and your convenience level intact is what we can offer.
