First and foremost, projects that are integrated into pre-existing construction require a walk-through to help get a clear understanding of what could possibly be needed for the job requirements. It is among the first steps towards the bigger picture. Proper Phase will send a lead technician out to survey the job site and take notes based upon the prerequisites of the job description. We can then start to formulate the "game plan" and figure out what will be needed to complete the vision. The site survey serves as a means for our team to figure out the equipment types best suited for the project and to start making suggestions as to how to proceed. It will help us formulate a fairly accurate ballpark number for the bidding phase if one is needed. If construction documents are available, these should also be submitted to Proper Phase so we can further detail distances and locations of all the equipment and cable pull runs. |
